Project Title:
Building Sales Through Hospitality and Customer Service Video
Brief:
Blimpie's corporate office determined that customer service was often
the most overlooked component in running a successful Blimpie location.
Great marketing, products and product appearance bring customers into
a location, but industry surveys showed that more than two out of three
customers who didn't return to a restaurant didn't return because of
poor service.
The goal was to get this message across to front-line employees and
motivate them to go beyond merely performing the required steps of the
job by learning specific opportunities during a Blimpie dining experience
to deliver "hospitality" to Blimpie's guests.
