Brief:
The Broadmoor Hotel and Resort is a luxury resort located in Colorado
Springs, Colorado. Born in 1891 as a gambling casino and transformed
into a "grand resort" in 1918, the "Five-Star, Five-Diamond"
Broadmoor continues to shine brightly as one of the world's premier
resorts.
The Broadmoor needed a training video that conveys the philosophy and
steps to service excellence that allow the internationally renowned
hotel to maintain it's five star service standards.
