Industry of Choice Video

Brief:
Coca-Cola, in conjunction with the National Restaurant Association's Educational Foundation needed a video to support their Industry of Choice Study, a study that explored in depth the challenge of attracting, hiring, motivating and, ultimately, retaining quality foodservice employees. The study's recommendations outlined the actions necessary to maximize staff satisfaction across the board.

The video was needed to introduce some of the key recommendations discovered in the study and showcase some of the success stories from both chain restaurant operators and individual managers who followed the recommendations of the study.
