Morning Matters Program
Brief:
Holiday Inn wanted to roll out a new training program system-wide in
support of its Best-4-Breakfast program. This training program would
help to maximize the level of customer service delivery and increase
sales at Holiday Inn locations throughout the world during the breakfast
day-part.
Materials: English, Spanish and Canadian French versions of all materials
including the video, employee workbooks, employee dialogue cards, a
poster, a printed Manager's Guide and a multi-language CD-ROM.
