Project Title: Brief: Because of the size and geographic disparity of NTN's customer base, the amount of time required on the part of NTN's field sales team to conduct live training on the use of the NTN iTV Network system was becoming costly and hard to manage. To overcome this training challenge, NTN was in need of a video based training program that could be delivered via their Network and on DVD. Portions of this program would also be used by their field sales team in introducing the NTN Network to potential customers. |
