Project Title: Brief: To help their over 350,000 commercial foodservice operator clients deal with this change in consumer dining habits and to help SYSCO Operating Companies build a stronger value-add relationship with their operator customers, SYSCO worked with Pencom International to develop the SYSCO shape Menu Marketing Program. This program included a video, a CD-ROM and a printed Manager's Guide and showed SYSCO customers how to incorporate a reasonable mix of healthy items and ingredients into their menu and effectively market these healthy attributes to their customers. The goal of the program was for a foodservice operator's clients to be happier, to spend more money during each visit and to return to their establishment more often. Materials: |
